We offer free domestic US shipping on every order via USPS Priority Mail. We want your graded cards to arrive safely and quickly asap!

  • Free Shipping Details

    • All orders ship free to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

    • Single graded cards are shipped in a USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box (securely packaged with bubble wrap and cardboard protection).

    • Multi-card sets or larger orders are automatically upgraded to a USPS Priority Mail Medium or Large Flat Rate Box as needed for safe delivery.

    • Tracking number is provided via email once the order ships.

  • Handling Time

    • Orders are packaged and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is confirmed, and may take additional days during the delivery process coming from an overseas FPO address (Japan).

    • We pack carefully to protect your graded cards—slabs are carefully wrapped, and placed in a rigid box.

  • APO/FPO/DPO Shipping

    • We happily ship to military addresses worldwide at standard domestic rates (no extra fees or customs forms required).

    • Delivery times may vary depending on USPS military mail routing.

  • No International Shipping (Outside US/APO/FPO)

    • At this time, we only ship within the United States (including military addresses).

    • If you're outside the US and interested in a card, feel free to contact us—we may be able to arrange something special in the future!

  • Insurance & Lost Packages

    • Orders valued $1,000+ are automatically shipped with USPS Signature Confirmation (requires recipient signature for proof of delivery; cost absorbed by us).

    • If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately—we'll work with USPS to resolve it and make it right.

  • Returns & Refunds

    • All sales are final due to the nature of graded collectibles.

    • If an item arrives damaged (rare, but possible), contact us within 7 days with photos—we'll arrange a resolution (refund or replacement at our discretion).
