Welcome to gz-fort.net. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any purchases made directly through it. By accessing the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or make purchases.
1. About Us GZ Fort (operated by and based in Japan) sells professionally graded Pokémon trading cards (primarily TAG-graded Japanese cards). We are a private collector/seller, not an official Pokémon licensee or retailer.
2. Purchases
Direct Purchases: When you buy directly on this site, payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
eBay-Linked Purchases: Items linked to eBay are purchased through eBay’s platform. Those transactions are governed by eBay’s User Agreement and policies.
All sales are final. Graded collectibles are non-returnable except in cases of proven damage during shipping (see Shipping & Handling Policy).
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in USD and exclude any applicable sales tax (currently no tax is collected on US orders due to no nexus thresholds being met — subject to change).
Shipping is free to all US addresses (including APO/FPO/DPO) via USPS Priority Mail.
Payment is due at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods via Stripe.

We ship only within the United States (including military APO/FPO/DPO addresses). No international shipping outside these areas at this time.
Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to USPS.
For orders $1,000+ we include USPS Signature Confirmation (recipient signature required) and insurance (costs absorbed by us).
5. Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of graded collectibles, all sales are final.
If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and details. We will work with USPS to file a claim and offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
No returns for change of mind, grading opinion differences, or market value changes.
6. Intellectual Property All product images, descriptions, text, layout, and other content on gz-fort.net are the property of GZ Fort or used with permission and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without our prior written consent.
Important Disclaimer Regarding Pokémon and Related IP GZ Fort is an independent, personal collection and sales gallery of TAG-graded Japanese Pokémon trading cards. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected in any way to The Pokémon Company, Nintendo Co., Ltd., Creatures Inc., Game Freak, or any of their subsidiaries, affiliates, or licensees.
All Pokémon names, characters, artwork, logos, trademarks, and copyrights are the exclusive property of their respective owners (primarily The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, and Creatures Inc.).
All grading-related names, logos, slab designs, and reports (including those from TAG Grading) are the property of their respective owners. We use TAG's services solely as an independent collector to authenticate and protect the condition of our personally owned cards.
The photographs and descriptions on this website depict genuine, personally owned physical trading cards that have been legally acquired. These images are used solely for the purpose of:
Illustrating the authenticity, condition, grading details, and collectible value of the specific items being offered for sale or displayed in personal collections (e.g., About Me and Home pages).
Sharing collecting experiences with fellow enthusiasts.
No reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of copyrighted Pokémon artwork is intended or authorized beyond the fair use doctrine for descriptive, nominative, and identification purposes (e.g., identifying genuine products for sale or personal display).
All sales are completed either through this site (direct checkout) or third-party platforms (primarily eBay), and this website does not process payments or handle transactions in a manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for grading opinions, authenticity disputes after purchase, or market fluctuations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by USPS or third parties.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These terms are governed by the laws of Japan (seller’s country of residence and operation). However, for buyers located in the United States, any dispute arising from or related to these terms or your purchase shall be governed by the laws of the State of California (without regard to its conflict of laws principles) and shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
If you are outside the United States and not subject to the arbitration provision above, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Japan.
9. Changes to Terms We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
